A Blessed Pentecost Sunday to all! Pentecost Sunday commemorates the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles thru tongues of fire. Miraculously, the disciples were able to speak different languages without going to language school. How did it happened? Divine Providence! Nothing is impossible with God! God can work in many mysterious ways into our lives. Just like the apostles, what matters is that the Holy Spirit dwells in us to help us understand and live our faith. Without God, we can do nothing at all. Let us keep praying that the Holy Spirit will remain always with us so to receive the GIFTS of Wisdom, Knowledge, Piety, Understanding, Fortitude, Counsel and Faer of the Lord. And to bear the FRUITS of the Holy Spirit which is Love, Joy, Peace, Kindness, Patience, Faithfulness, Goodness, Gentleness and Self -Control. We cant buy these gifts and fruits from any store. We can only acquire them by the grace of God, by loving God, by living our faith, by our prayers, by our perseverance and by our good deeds. May the Holy Spirit enlighten us, inspire us, strengthen us, direct is and remain always with us, now and forever. Amen!
¡Feliz Domingo de Pentecostés a todos! El Domingo de Pentecostés conmemora la venida del Espíritu Santo sobre los apóstoles a través de lenguas de fuego. Milagrosamente, los discípulos pudieron hablar diferentes idiomas sin haber asistido a ninguna escuela de idiomas. ¿Cómo sucedió esto? ¡Por la Divina Providencia! ¡Nada es imposible para Dios! Dios puede obrar de muchas maneras misteriosas en nuestras vidas. Al igual que los apóstoles, lo que importa es que el Espíritu Santo more en nosotros para ayudarnos a comprender y vivir nuestra fe. Sin Dios, no podemos hacer nada en absoluto. Sigamos rezando para que el Espíritu Santo permanezca siempre con nosotros, a fin de recibir los DONES de Sabiduría, Conocimiento, Piedad, Entendimiento, Fortaleza, Consejo y Gracia del Señor. Y para dar los FRUTOS del Espíritu Santo, que son Amor, Alegría, Paz, Bondad, Paciencia, Fidelidad, Benevolencia, Mansedumbre y Dominio de sí. No podemos comprar estos dones y frutos en ninguna tienda. Solo podemos adquirirlos por la gracia de Dios, amando a Dios, viviendo nuestra fe, con nuestras oraciones, con nuestra perseverancia y con nuestras buenas obras. Que el Espíritu Santo nos ilumine, nos inspire, nos fortalezca, nos guíe y permanezca siempre con nosotros, ahora y por siempre. ¡Amén!
