A Blessed CORPUS CHRISTI Sunday to all! This Sunday reminds us of our true identity that we are the Body of Christ (Somos el Cuerpo de Cristo). We belonged to the royal family of God. Who we are in the eyes of God is more important than who we are in the eyes of the world. Also, it reminds us that we are all children of the most high God. As children of God, we become Temple of the Holy Spirit and people of God. We are not defined by what people say about us but what God says about us and that we are all created in the image and likeness of God. When we receive the Eucharist, we are also called to be the Eucharist to others. No matter what life brings, always remember that God will not bring us to where the grace of God cannot protect us. Thank you for being the Body of Christ by your life. Let us continue to be Christ’s body to others! Amen!
¡Feliz Domingo de Corpus Christi a todos! Este domingo nos recuerda nuestra verdadera identidad: que somos el Cuerpo de Cristo. Pertenecemos a la familia real de Dios. Quiénes somos a los ojos de Dios es más importante que quiénes somos a los ojos del mundo. Además, nos recuerda que todos somos hijos del Dios Altísimo. Como hijos de Dios, nos convertimos en templo del Espíritu Santo y en pueblo de Dios. No nos define lo que la gente dice de nosotros, sino lo que Dios dice de nosotros, y que todos hemos sido creados a imagen y semejanza de Dios. Cuando recibimos la Eucaristía, también estamos llamados a ser la Eucaristía para los demás. Pase lo que pase en la vida, recuerden siempre que Dios no nos llevará a donde la gracia de Dios no pueda protegernos. Gracias por ser el Cuerpo de Cristo con tu vida. ¡Sigamos siendo el cuerpo de Cristo para los demás! ¡Amén!
